Hi All...
i have a problem in Canon BJW, MT Cartridge Full Soon message on display, actually, the user shifted the machine to other location and did not inform me, after that this message appear, because the machine has the procedure to follow when moving, sad part is theres no available MT Cartridge and i need to provide a solution, is there anybody here experience the same problem?
Its easy to clear the counter thru service mode but in this case if the MT Cartridge Full is displayed theres no way to access the service mode...anybody?

The best thing to do is, when the "MT CARTRIDGE FULL SOON" is on display, reset the Waste Ink Counter from service mode. It will be ok.....
