I must correct myself. With the firmware 37.01 and the new thinner ITB belt, the molting has be corrected.Today I just replaced the newer ITB and updated firmware to latest and greatest. NOTE: You must update firmware before putting the newer type ITB beltOriginally Posted by Kapten

i havent seen a clc since 1150 but for colour i personally prefer you going for xerox 250 . anyway looks for which one is providing the best service and costs involved. no matter how good your machine is if you dont get proper service support is on no use.
a machine is only as good as your tech : source:screwtape ; the scary one
"Davidj7,, no matter how good your machine is if you dont get proper service support is on no use"
Amen to that!! All machines are only as good as the service organization behind it...
Bottom line.....Xerox color oversaturated.....if customer wants true image reproduction buy a Canon. The Xerox color machines can run plywood thru them though...only machine Canon will support for 12 pt and thicker is v7000 series and New Imagerunner advanced 9000 series. All Xerox color machines can run thick stock...thats why print shops like them...BUSINESS CARDS on 12 or 14 pt. I am definitely pro-Canon but lets be honest....i worked at Xerox for a dozen years and i have seen what you can run thru them. Canon is always going after the "office color" market, lacking in "pay for print" unless you wanna pay a fortune.
