If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Good info here, I don't run into too many jamming issues anymore but I'll keep in mind there are updated parts.
I had one that was tech induced, kinda obvious once I saw it. I glued rubber pads to the door to keep pressure on that guide and it caused tray 2 to jam. It was actually putting too much pressure on so that the door wasn't closing right. I shaved it off a bit and tray 2 feed fine. Don't know what I was thinking that day.

Just as a note: The old parts are no longer available. I know many techs were using the foam strip (marked B in the upper left picture) as a way to increase pressure on the inner door. Since that is no longer available from Canon as a service part, they have had to come up with other fixes.
As an alternative to increase pressure on that inner door, you can get a roll weather foam stripping (common at home improvement stores or hardware stores and cheap) and attach that to the bottom inside of the right door where it will hit the backside of the inner door rollers. A strip about 3 inches long, half inch wide and 3/8 to 1/2 inch thick should do the trick. These usually have an adhesive on one side, so takes a matter of a minute to apply this fix.
I have a bunch of these machines and by doing these countermeasures, 105 jams are pretty much a thing of the past unless it is worn/dirty feed tires on the station itself.
That might seem like a good idea and I've know tech who would use weather foam, but there is a newer type inner door assy as well and it works rather well when you replace the right lower door with it. To me the foam idea is a band aid, after a while the foam gets crease and the tension is compromised. Its best to stick with the mods that canon suggests.

When you re-fit the fixing unit on the IR6880C machine's you can catch the delivery sensor which then indicates a jam. Easy to miss....... Then start head scratching because it is indicating a jam.
