When you look at the main controller board of iR5000, at bottom right side near the memory you'll see a two lights red and orange. Now, when you switch on the machine the orange light didn't on. But there is a power because the red light on.New power supply, DC controller and main controller replaced.

Anybody know this kind of problem?

What was the initial problem?
LED's represent a couple of things like, the boot process,sleep mode and the overall functions of the main controller.

The initial problem was during scan the machine suddenly turn off. But this problem was already solved. The only problem was unit 1 need to pull out and insert back.
