    drum drive

there is a white drive connector in the machine that may be damaged they should push in a spring out by themselves. this happens when the rubber edge comes off the itb and jams the drum.

Well for one thing when you pop a new drum in the machine,a fuse blows on the drum unit telling machine new drum and reset software counter for drums. When testing with drums, go in service mode, function, install, and set AINR_OFF to 1. This will prevent the fuse on the drum unit from blowing. This machine determines the presence of a drum by measuring the primary roller AC bias. Check all the contacts in the ITB/drum processor assy...primary,transfer,etc. Usually replacing the ITB assembly gets rid of this message, but you state that you have already done this. I would bring in other color drums(used will work) to see if problem changes. Bad drums will cause funky problems on these machines.
