Canon ir3300 - specks on copies

Have a ir3300 that is making specks on the copies. Have replaced transfer roller, developing unit, drum unit, cleaned all optics, clean laser, changed paper, replaced fuser, switched plugs on the wall and still specks on the copies.

What am I missing guys? Lots of white spots across the page.

    Thanks

Wow, that should of taken care of the specks. Have you tried to make a copy and stop it right before the fuser unit, to see if its the fuser unit or before the fuser. The only thing I can think of is the paper is
picking it up from somewhere in the paper path. or possibly its leaking from the developer unit. I know you already replace all those units. Good luck.

I just did a copy and stopped it below the drum. The white spots are showing up on the black image on the drum. It is not the fuser. Something in the charging?

Can you provide a sample copy?
I agree, replacing the drum and developer usually fixes most copy quality issues. Next I'd look at dev bias contacts, pull out the drum and developer and clean the drum cavity and all the contacts in the rear. Check that the transfer bed is lifting properly. Last I'd swap the HV power supply.

Did a Toner-S and made it stir the toner and the spots are gone, but after making copies it always comes back.

Perhaps some kind of toner contamination as it went away temporarily after stir. Frank/AP

i would try to carefully clean the rubber primary charge roller damp cloth with water only .... clean dry roll .... clean dry roll ..... clean dry roll till you get the whole roller done .... looks like drum powder on the primary roller is it a new canon drum or 3rd party supplier ?
