    Question imagePRESS C1 jamming in duplex

    I have a imagePRESS C1 jamming in duplex
    only in A3 and A4R.
    the A4 do not have problems in 1000 or more copies
    I put the drive on another machine and it worked perfectly
    someone already faced this ploblema

    all help and tips are welcome

    A jam code would also help to know.

    The side to side reg sensor in the duplex has a mylar on it, this comes lose and tends to either jam A3 sheets or Turn the corner over 0r even both.
    I would replace the sensor with the new type, sorry can't find number at the moment.

    PS don't remove mylar as this just makes the problem worse.
