If you've never done it before I'd recommend getting a manual. Katun is probably your best bet, Precision Roller is another.

Here are the parts you probably will need:
    1 FB4-3690-000 UFR
    2 FB5-3613-000 bushings
    2 XG9-0421-000 UFR Bearings
    1 FB5-3619-000 LFR
    2 XG9-0383-000 LFR bearings
    6 FB5-3625-000 UFR claws

UFR should be smooth, new ones will look glossy old ones will be dull. LFR should be smooth and glossy, old ones get wrinkles and/or flat spots.

I have replaced all the parts listed above and it still jams in the fuser. Any thoughts? it's acting just like before cover stock runs just fine and copy paper still jams in the fuser.

That's too bad the new rollers didn't fix it. If it's still getting 02OF jams with new rollers you might have bad paper. Flip the paper over or try a fresh ream. Since the heavy paper runs fine and the plain jams, that really points to bad paper and not any gears or sensors.

The only other thing I've seen is the nip is too tight or a bad web. Someone put a low speed web in a 5000 once and it was having jamming issues. But more likley it is just bad paper.

There's an old case on this jam code. It was found that the fuser outlet guide was bent down in the middle. Because the guide was bent down, the sensor arm was exposed too much, and paper would tap the arm generating the 020F code. This sensor is not normally touched by the paper, unless the paper jams and bunches up in this area. After reforming the guide upward, the machine was restored to normal working order.

You can also check this gear. If its worn and the teeth are damage you'll get jams in that area as well.
