I tried that just now and it let one sheet through and started jamming after that. Jam code 01 0415 1000 1001 0 0110 8 32832 LTR

The copier will print 11x17 but not 8.5x11 any thought.
Check Motor Driver PCB for proper voltage going to it
On J2109, Pin 2 should read 24 volts and pin 4 reads 5 volts. Also eliminate loads on board and check for voltage directly to pins 2 and 5 of J2112 if present, board should be good. Continue to add loads if the voltage drops investigate the connector that was just connected.
or
check the Vertical Path Roller 0, and Vertical Path Roller 1
Inspect the rubber on the shaft for excessive wear and flat spots
as well as the bushings in the machine frame

also check/or replace on FIXING/FEEDER FRAME ASSEMBLY
102 is a gear that is belt driven, the gear can become stripped out and cause jams

I just cleaned those exact rollers. Maybe I should replace them.
Have you looked at this gear? #102 FS5-3809-000 31/41T gear.

already posted / must be time warp :]
If it runs 11 X 17 then obviously the reg roller is pushing the paper on 17 inch to the fuser. Pull the cover off the transport drawer and watch if paper separates and tries to climb into drum cleaner unit. Probably not. I would be taking a GOOD look at the transport vacuum fan. With cover off and door cheated, you will be able to see if the transport belts are turning. Remove the drawer from the machine totally and check that the transport belts turn when you turn the rear drive gear. Also check the spring loaded coupling inside the machine that drives the gear...i have seen them hang up and not drive the transport gear. Lots of delivery issues with 5000 family...delivery roller gear with one-way inside it...if shaft is scored replace delivery roll assembly as already stated.
If you are still having 0110 jams, you should check the white nylon flapper arm on the back of the delivery assy (FB5-3394). This arm is keyed to the shaft, but over time, the flat part of the key tends to round out slightly causing a delay in the actuation of the deflector. There should be no play between the arm and shaft.
You mentioned that 11x17 works fine, have to tried 8.5x11 letter R, it sounds like you are haveing a tradional 5000 issue with the PFS. I would also be curious to see if 8.5x11 will work in one of the top 2 trays, if so, you may want to check the pf clutchs on the lct's I have had them rust over time and cause a variety of paper feed issues that seem to be exclusive to the 2 8x11 trays. I know it sounds to simple but everything to this point has not solved your problem.
