Try Ikon Office Solutions - 888.456.6457
Is IKON still doing Canon service calls? They were bought uot by Ricoh and from what I've heard their trying to replace all the Canon stuff with Ricoh equipment.
IKON does not support Canon products anymore/ Canon will not even provide tech support on phone to IKON people/ or give them access to online support /all CANON log on info has been removed from IKON Techs./even though they were trained on their products.
They have cut ties with them since RICOH got involved

Thats what I thought. Canon gave them support for only a short time after the aquisition of Ikon by Ricoh and the relationship went downhill afterward.
funny thing is, IKON still has some Canon contracts in my area , but provides no parts or support for them
