if belts don't move together, it can cause paper to skew in to fix unit

But in fact belt are moving smoothly....I will try to get a new set of belt then replace it. By the way, this few code come out when paper jam...0B00,0105,0A10,0209,0110,0104
Sometime the duplex will indicate paper jam, but when open up..nothing inside..put it back few time it become normal...

it all has to do with timing / u are talking about the iR 105 ???

check registration clutches and the registration brake

check = 0110 jam occurs, check the operation of SL3. Also check the linkage to SL3.

Getting back to the original post...when you rebuild a 3200 fuser you dont have to touch the screws for nip adjustment...i've rebuilt at least 50 of them...follow the documentation...nowhere does it say to touch the screws at all. It is a good idea to check nip after rebuild but i have never had to do nip adjustment if it was correct before fuser was disassembled. New fusers...we are getting alot of them that are misadjusted(wrinkling) right out of the box. The 3200 runs the first 5 copies at a higher temperature...its in the software...thats why usually first copies are bubbled when running some stock(80 lb coated glossy for example). Register the stock in bypass as tracing paper....much better results. I have lots of customers that run double sided glossy(yes i know not supposed to) as tracing paper with excellent results. As for the 105 skewing on the second side, check the duplex flapper for small paper cuts in the guides and fingers. This is very common...will cause jams, skew on second side..also jams on single sided when doing face down delivery
