    thanks guys.....yae i wanted to move the bootrom from 3570 to 3245 to make it printer and scanner. and could you please tell me where to get the network printer kit for ir3245?

    The bootrom swap will not work.

    PCL/PS Printing is enabled on this copier ONLY through the LMS (License Management System) of Canon. There is no other way! You buy the package from Canon, and then you apply online with the LMS system, placing your group of four 4 bit numbers into their system, along with your copier's serial number. It spits out a group of six 4 digit numbers that you enter into the appropriate spot on the copier. Power the copier off, then on, and set up your network address and you are good to go.

    I believe you can print to the copier using UFRII driver without any licensing. Download the UFRII driver from Canon and give it a whirl...
