Hmmmm...teckat gives somebody a link to a free manual and trys to give good advice and that equals being a jerk? The problem with that way of thinking is you will discourage him and other people from trying to come to aid in the future. Respect the time he took to make an effort. The beauty of this forum is the way we all make an effort to contribute.
Blackcat ... the part you wanted " QY6-0041-010 " is available for $40.82 oem from florida. Email me if you want me to give you the supplier. Hope this helps - but judging from the date on this post - the info I'm giving you is probably too late my friend. I imagine you have moved on to another printer by now.

I am just wasting my time answering your response, u just now respond to a post from two months ago ??
I should not have provided the manual links for S750, it broke Forum rules, I have since apologized to the Administrator. But I will not say I'm sorry to you about that crappy link u posted on/ they are known for giving out misinformation on products.
have a wonderful day'

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

sorry but I was working on real machines and the link was good enough to answer the question. Not everybody can stay on line 24x7 like "stupivisors"
i work on real problems/ & real machines, if you had to repair the problems i have solved on Color products in the past 15yrs, you would have quit this business a long time ago.
