    ir3300 blank copy

i found out that mostly all of the ir3300 at my place encounter the same problem when customer putting let say more than 30 pages on adf and sometimes blank copy coming out. Mostly on used machine. But i never try on new machine does it encounter a same problem?

To add to Marc's correct answer, what I have observed is customers placing documents to the right of the ones already in the document feeder's entry, like it was a work surface, this makes the sensors for 11x17 paper, and if the copier is already set for letter paper, blank pages are produced. It took me several weeks to figure this one out...

I have also had this problem on an IRC2380i whereby the sensor arms are sticking down. We have a machine in a factory environment and the arms and the entire machine get coated with Dust from the factory floor causing the arms to get stuck/clogged up....

They never use the machine for A3 so I am tempted to just take the flags out!

That would involve end users actually having an IQ of 10 or above (or actually just opening their eyes and reading the labels). lol.
