IR3320 not entering the service mode to clear E000007 error

IR3320 was showing E000007-000 error. I found a paper jammed in the fixing film assembly and removed the jam. However, I can't clear the error. I tried the <User Mode*> <2 & 8> <User Mode*> while its warming up (If I let it complete the full warm up sequence, it will come up with the error and I can't enter no keys after that). But, the copier refuses to enter the service mode so that I can try and clear the error. Can someone please help me? Could it be that if I replace the fixing film, it will let me enter the service mode?

If your getting into service mode do this: Copier/function/clear/err/ok/reboot.

If its not letting you in, try pressing the yellow reset button and continue to try. You must be fast.

Or, try opening the front door and wait till the machine comes up, then try clearing the E-code.

Thanks for the quick reply. However, I did try several times without any success. There is no fuser draw. Did you mean the l/h side access door? I will try that when I go there again. Any more suggestions?

try this open front door/turn on/ try to get in service mode then or>
turn off> hold 1 n' 7 >turn on keep hold on 1 n 7, see if it goes to fixed IP mode/ try then to go in
    or try below

remove fix unit/ inspect> the Fixing Film

Its actually 49 instaed of 45.
I'm not sure you can do this with this series.
I think changing service mode entry started with the 2270's series

Thank you ESA and ScrewTape. I will try 49 and 45 today evening and let you know. I think I should try that before I order a fuser unit (Surprisingly, Fuser unit is cheaper than the fixing film) for it. I will also try what Teckat suggested as well. Thank you very much for your help.
