Canon irc3200 Warming up continuously

I forgot to mention in my example the copier locked out on copy screen and you couldnt enter service mode to check analog

locked out/ u mean the keys do not respond ??

if u have a imagePass fiery connected to back of 3200/ turn it off/turn off 3200/ go in service mode/do a MN-CON to clear the locked up control panel / turn off 3200/ turn on fiery - then 3200/

the keys and the touch panel, if you were quick it allowed you to get to the main Svc mode screen then lockup. i left the c1 disconnected and still no go. only resolution was to reseat the boards.

yes copier worked fine until customer (or construction workers) moved due to office remodeling
total meter 730k
1 month ago replaced all tires d1-d4
2 or 3 months ago e677 system flash upgrade and c1 upgraded
6months back fuser replaced

it Warming up continuously again and again i waited over 2 hrs still the warming up didnt stop

need help plz

A faulty toner bottle can cause this problem too. Check in service mode under display-dens to see which colour it is. You will find that one will be +/- 3%..
