One of your drum unit assembly giving problem. Try interchange the drum unit assembly black color before trying other color.

    Also Check>>>>below
Remove the Delivery Vertical Path Unit on the left side of the machine. You will see a photo sensor PS5 Fixing Feeder Unit Open/Close Sensor sandwiched between two micro sensors that actuate when closing the Fixing Feeder Unit. Clean that photo sensor as it fills up with dirt and dust. You may also experience an E004 0002 in the error history.

Check in service mode, * 2 & 8 *, under Copier > display > Dens. Look at the value for each individual color. The normal value would be between zero and one. If you have a color with a value around four or five you have an issue with the toner/starter concentration level for that color. By replacing that color drum unit you will temporarily resolve the issue due to the Developer Assembly being incorporated with the drum unit, which has the correct toner/starter concentration.

To resolve this issue replace the Toner Cartridge Drive Assembly, FG6-8999-000, and the corresponding drum unit at the same time.

i had one 3220 do this, turned out to be PCI board creep in the main Cont. box. caused by customer excesive force with finisher/fuser attachment.
power down, remove upper rear cover and right inner cover. reseat all memory and boot rom, then remove and reseat all PCI boards. then power up warmup should be approx 2 min. if this doesnt work remove and leave out the interface board(for controller) and Nic card then power up machine, does it warm up and allow copy faster? if yes replace them one at a time to figure which to replace. I think there was a techpub on the interface board having caused this symptom with no error code

Usually under normally conditions...but....just like when fixing/feeder photointerrupt is dirty. You SHOULD have to clear the E004 in service mode. You dont though...turn off and on and it clears. There is another post out here about a 5570 that the fuser does heat up,no errors. The first step in any logical troubleshooting would be to monitor if the fuser is heating up...it takes 1 sec to look at it in service mode...tech 101

    I know U don't have to Clear E004 in service mode on a 3200/3220/2620
    Here is a reminder>>>
    <CLEAR>ERROR
    Clears error codes.
    (Cleared error codes: E000, E001, E002, E003, E719)
    1) Select this item, and press the OK key.
    2) Turn the main power OFF/ON.

The reason is that the opening and closing of door or turning on/off re sets the circuit to the non-contact
    thermistor & triac. E004

The reason u have to enter service mode for those others is to protect the customer & printer
