    Cannon PC850 fuser

As most know I am a printer tech.
But a customer asked if I could fix this one.
The fuser film is gone. How can I get a fuser and how is it replaced?
Or is this not worth it?

    Thanks for any help.

precission roller has the fuser assembly for $240. The replacement of the fuser on these takes around 30 minutes if you know what you are doing. Have to loosen up the control panel to get the cables loose on the front side and then there is a cover in the back side where another cable is. I am pretty sure it is just two screws holding the fuser in my memory is correct. You can probably find a fuser cheaper than that, but I have always had good luck precission roller for the things I have bought from them.

    good luck....
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
