when changing serial no. board and counter board if got this error first you remove both serial and counter board. now you get E350 error. goto service mode copier>function>clear>con-mcon, con-dcon clear it too. if again same problem occur take sram backup from running machine and copy it to the machine.

note: sram back must be taken in download mode by pressing 2&8 while switch on the the machine. the sram backup taken in normal download mode will not work.

    2) Turn off and then on the main power switch.
    MMI
Use it to clear the backup data for the user mode settings (specifications, ID
mode, group ID, mode memory, etc.).
    Using the Mode
    1) Select <MMI> to highlight, and press the OK key
    2) Turn off and then on the main power switch.
    CARD
Use it to clear the card (group) ID-related data.
    Using the Mode
    1) Select <CARD> to highlight, and press the OK key.
    2) Turn off and then on the main power switch.
    ALARM

the reason u receive an E355 is brought upon the machine by the tech.

the machine does not wake up and say " how about an E355 code today"

other clear info has nothing to do with E355
where did u say what E355 means in your response ???
