canon 2270 fuser film tears

I m facing problem in canon ir 2270 fuser teflon film slips rear side and gets torn within 2 to 3 days.
I had replaced lower roller and side bushings also. if any one knows solution please reply

Hi,

Check that the Fixing assy drive moter meshes with fixing assy gear may need ti adjust bracket assy

replace the Pressure Roller (FC5-7245-000) with the new style Pressure Roller (FC5-7207-010). The color of the old Pressure Roller is brown and the new Pressure Roller is black.

I concur with tech kat, Been replacing these rollers like they are free, also there is a new actuator for the door that applies the pressure to the actuator on the fuser assembly. The old style is trrait at the end of the metal where the new style has a slight bend.

Also make sure the copier is level, will have to use small spirit level and level the four stabilising legs to adjust level.
#I this problem tearing film as the copier was not level and film sliding one side and tearing.

I had tried all the remedies suggested by all of you ,but there is a same problem.
I even interchanged whole Fuser assembly, problem is persist in same machine,faulty unit is working properly in another machine.

The only two common denominators left are Fix Drive Unit & Seating position>
One last suggestion is / make sure the FIXING DELIVERY DRIVE ASSEMBLY is the correct one there are two different ones for this series models>

I have also same problem with my machine. But it's bootrom changed from IR3570 to IR4570. Is there any remedy for that.
