ImagePASS M2 105 PCL Error

Just got a used 105 and ImagePASS-M2. When you print files for example pdfs that were scanned in using capture perfect and a canon DR-7580 series scanner. Randomly some of the files error out when printing. For example page 67 of one of 5 scanned in pdfs will just start printing gibberish characters. If you print the same file 1-66 to the m2/105 it prints fine, but if you re-print page 67 its 200+ pages of gibberish again. Its like some piece of data on that particular page can not be printed. you would think the file was corrupt in some way, but the same file can be printed to a IR9070 without any problems. I have tried an array of different versions of pcl drivers from multiple workstations with no luck. Please help so frustrated.

Have you tried a post script driver.

Might work better with those PDF's.

Are you trying to print pdf files through adobe reader 9 ver. if yes ,open file in 7 ver and see is problem solved ? because i faced same in ir6000
