I am getting E500-001 on 7105. The code is not listed in the Service Manual. What does the error mean.
    Thanks

    Come on David!
    That's a finisher error code.
You would have to look in a finisher service manual for info.

    This a communication error probably.
Turn off everything and reboot by putting the finisher first then the main unit.

If this doesn't work check the finisher controller pcb for now.

Actually , that code is not in the finisher manual either. So to clear up that lack of info - It is a Finisher Communication Fault.

First visually check all cables and connectors .
Check the power coming from the power supply of the finisher. 5volts brown wires / 24 volts red wires.
Check the connection of the Arcnet cable and that it is installled correctly. Good luck - Blaze
