IR 7095 and 7105 are pretty much identical with IR 105 ADF on top. IR 7086 is pretty much same with IR 5570 ADF on top. Have to rebuild the Fixing Assembly and dump waste every 300-500K and restring corona wires every 120-200k copies. Also, Decks/Cassettes are only really good for 150K before tires need to be swapped. IR 7095/7105 ADF's will most likely never need maintanence, but IR 7086 ADF's will need Rollers/Pads every 40-60K scans.
The glass maybe half full, but less is more...
Printer + Fax + Copier = Jack Of Many Trades,
    but Master Of None
Color Copier = Not A Color Printer
InkJet MFP = Not A Fax Machine
    B/W Copier = Not A Press
Finisher = Deal Closer (salesman, not accessory)
Copier Tech = Admin's Stress Ball (Scapegoat)

    Thanks

    Just to add.

This 7105 series will be discontinued once they start shipping out the 8105 series.

training on the 8105 series started about a month ago. Image quality is AWESOME and no more clutches!!!! Fuser is the induction heater so that will be interesting. Also everything take 120V and needs its own plug. Just installed one that took 6 outlets which is nuts!!!!

do u need a dedicated line outlet for each connection ???

if so the cost of that would drive customers off the cliff~~~~~~~~~~~\\\\\

u have to fight with sales & customers to let them know most iR'S need and or operate better with a dedicated line for their printer.

We requested two dedicated outlets and put a line filter on the machine itself. Then there were two non dedicated outlets there as well which we used for the paperdeck, fiery and folding unit.1142_001.pdf
Here is the breakdown of the accessories and what power is needed.

some cheap customers would go out & get power strips at the dollar store/ u cant believe what i have seen printers hooked into/ had many demos at customers who said "Go ahead an plug it in that strip" i always warn beforehand/
Result always the same / all circuit breakers trip in office/ =no printers/no faxes/no computers all down- only emergency lights on .

another sales-jerk move, there all the same

i think i would love a canon machine without the clutches. Too much time to replace the clutches . With motor you can drive it till the drive shaft goes and there wont be timing issues much like xerox
a machine is only as good as your tech : source:screwtape ; the scary one
