Check for its lifespan>service mode>copier>counter>drbl-1> if the trf_belt hits 100% or above, replace it. Lifespan of a single belt=300k. Had encounter similar problem recently with some refurbished set....good luck & cheers.
Had this issue once, but after trying all the remedy's mentioned here above. I had to gave up, a colleage searched for another day finaly discovering that on laser unit wasn't properly aligned.

No no, i didn't mean the laser wasn't in "0" position. Problem was caused by the black guides keeping the whole laserunit in position. Moving the guides, held in place with red lackered screws, was the sollution.
I didn't notice this when resetting the lasers and putting them back, luckily my colleage did.
