Many things can cause light Prints, Are we to assume your Copies are OK ??
Is this just a Print Issue, or are all your Documents Light ?
If prints are light, and copies are normal. ??????
If this issue occurs, adjust the Density Setting under Additional Functions>Printer Settings>Settings>Print Quality.

Sir,
I hv already done this, I m on setting 8 on print quality, still prints r not that satisfactory as Copy is.I do not have toner saver mode on.I m using Canon 6570 driver only.Do we hv any other setting?

Copymaster
Which driver are you using and where are you aquiring it from?
Also what program are you having issue with as it could be an application issue. Have you tried multiple applications?
On the copier it sounds like you have adjusted your density and if you checking if your toner save is turned on there you print driver will override that setting.

I would download a new driver from one of the canon websites and do a completely new install.
