    Post IR3300 immage spreading

    I have a 3300 its image is spreading letters copy attached.... IMG.pdfIMG.pdf

    can any one help me. also i need sst and firmware

    by the looks of the attachment it is not your scanner. I would say to stop a copy before the paper gets to the fuser and see if you have the smearing at that point. If you do then you have a drum or developer issue. If the copy looks fine then rebuild your fuser.

    Looks like paper moisture problems to me, print the same job onto different paper stocks/sizes/orientation to see what results you are obtaining.

    Looks like paper jerked while transferring. I would check the fixing assembly. Run legal or 17 inch to see if there is a pattern

    check the fixing film, is it rotate smoothly ? check manually...................
