Recently replaced the Drums, I am told., . +/- 3,000 copies,. Unless it is could possibly be bad starter in the drums?I had cleaned the transfer Belt numerous times and still got diagonal stripes.
I swapped the Laser Units with no luck. Still getting stripes diagonally in Yellow and Cyan copies. I surmise the Laser units are fine. Possibly the HVT. Forgot to check gear/swing assembly for damaged gear. Still haven't ruled out ATR or Pattern Reader. Could these be the culprit?
Thanks,

First of all I would change the drum even with an old one to rule it out. Then I'd change over the hvt pcbs yellow with meg and cyan with black to see if it changes..

Sorry to all who responded, I have been in the hospital due to accident and have been out of work, .another story. Anyway, I was told by manager that he had replaced drums and new ones worked fine. (no more lines.) He thought problem was bad charge rollers. Just wanted to leave resolution for any visitors who may experience problem in future. Thanks again to all who helped!!
