IR3200 - main unit not powering up!

Was hoping someone could help, a few days ago I was letting my sister run some copies off on my 3200 - she said everything was powered on but she couldn't get it to print so turned the machine off. I assumed this was just the new firewall, however, when I checked the machine out myself today I can't get the main unit to power at all (the RIP powers up fine).

I've checked all connections and power cables/fuses, which seem fine. My sister insists she didn't mess about with any of the hardware on it.

    Ideas?!

Line cord comes loose on the pedestal from time to time...

Other than that, time to get out the meter and do some spark chasin'...

Did you check the breaker on the machine.

There's no power at all not even the green light indicator.

Thanks and apologies for the delay in replying - my machine's actually the CLC3200 and I'm just wondering if there's a breaker on this? I have the service manual for the IR but the CLC doesn't seem to have a breaker next to the power switch like the IR (or anywhere else that I can see of!). No, no power at all.

All machines have circuit breakers/ look next to the main power cord/ it also may be behind a cover near coard like the CLC700/800/900/1100 series.

bets bet pay for a service call/

u stated - "I've checked all connections and power cables/fuses, which seem fine"
were they check with a meter for voltage check for power in from outlet to machine side to power out from behind cord to AC in past breaker/ u will have to remove covers to check.

this is a sister machine to iR3200 SERIES

I believe there is a breaker on the left side, down low at the back, near the power cabling. I believe I have come upon this being tripped before...

Thanks to both - found the breaker on the back and that sorted it (apologies for not being more thorough, the rear was pretty inaccessible!).

    Thanks,
I still wonder if machine was pushed against something to hit that breaker /or if something hit your power cord end while a little exposed from outlet

Something popped the breaker. If he was to look in service mode, there would probably be a cule.

That's the first place I always look before doing anything esle.

    Glad your up.

What's the meter on this machine.

And, has the fuser ever been change before.
