Canon ir105 tray #5 become A4 freezing, has to be letter after, I know there is a way to set up in the service mode, just can't find where.

Copier>Option>ACC>DK-P

Use it to select a paper size to be used for the side paper deck.

Setting 0: A4 (default)
Setting 1: B5
Setting 2: LTR
