the true CLC5100/CLC4000 USA product is really not comparable to those European CLC3200 iR Machines/

U can never get that Gloss Finish Sheen on Reg.28lb Laser Paper from an imageRunner
True Print/Production shops hated those Color imageRunners when they first hit the streets/
u can not replicate the OIL & Heat Fusing that Starter/Dev.& Toner produced on those old CLC's

I understand that there are many differences based on customer "needs". let me rephrase the question.

I am a small office (5-15 employees) with the need for a color copier. EXACT color replication or pantone replication is not my number 1 priority.

I could go out and purchase a big multifunction printer. I am looking at a Xerox WorkCentre 6400SFS. but am interested in a full scale Canon Color solution as well.

If u are looking for a used 32 cpm color printer/ buy a iR3220 with low volume on Total counter
that Canon iR 3220machine will kick ass over that Xerox 6400 Color 32 ppm/ + it will be cheaper to service

if u want a similar new Canon model > image Runner Advanced Color C5035/5030
