u need to re-inspect / replace all Clutches used for paper p/u & delivery
also inspect the connectors to them

how many prints on your machine/ u seem to have many stationary jams in your previous posts

The 0118 jam code is a delay/stationary jam from PS60. Some known fixes to the 0118 jam code are as follows:
    • The wire is pinched and cut inside the wire harness of the Pre-Registration Clutch [CL5]. This prevents the Vertical Path Roller from moving smoothly causing Z-Fold jams which occur at the right door and/or Fuser Area.
    • Replace roller FB4-1420-000. This part is not marked in the parts catalog but can be found within Figure 102-1 Internal Components . Look one shaft below item #20 and above item #4, center at level of 3rd binder ring of parts book.
    • Replace PS60 sensor flag and bracket FF6-1516-000 and sensor PS60 FH7-7394-000.
    • Check vertical path sponge rollers and shafts for worn bearings or bushings out of position. The "C" clips can also come loose and cause problems.
    • Replace CL5 FH6-5016-000.

parts need replacement on either usage/age/or problems- only u can see or view these items at hand/

because a part looks old, does not mean it will not function

If u ever worked or looked in those monster XEROX Printers some parts look like they have been there 20yrs. & still function

2.8 million, that's nothing. Its still a lot, but I got these machines out there pushing amost 11 million.
And common parts ,like clutches, waste toner drive, etc go bad. But these machine are still work horses.

Check you connectors in this area.

Again bad clutches in the registration area and pick up assy can still cause these types of jams.

Check for a burnt pin on the connector for the right deck .. could have been burnt by a tech removing the right deck feed head with powering off the copier ( screw falling the pins or being touched by a screwdiver .. i have done it myself )
