Hello, i need change the fuser roll (there are some scratches and lines), but want to know what is the
kit or the parts que have to be replaced with the fuser roll ?

Quick ?? are u trained on any of the Models u request help for/ & do u have the service manuals

if you have never done this procedure, I would call a tech who has done this, u can break heater connectors very easily

Pull out the fixing/feeding unit toward you
Remove the fixing main heater/fixing sub heater.
Remove the fixing roller
- 2 C-rings
- 2 gears
- 2 bearings
- 2 fixing roller heat insulating bushes
- 1 holder

When Mounting the Fixing
Roller
- The orientation for mounting the gears and the
heat-insulating bushes is specified. Mount
them in the orientation shown in the below figure.

Make sure to wipe off the excessive grease because
the grease adheres to the both edge [1] of the
fixing roller when mounting the greased bushes to
the fixing roller

When replacing the fixing roller / the fixing belt, or
both of them, be sure to clean the surface of the
fixing roller and the fixing belt with a lint-free paper

also on outside of FIX UNIT u need to replace w/new 73T GEAR FU6-0609-010

Good work teckat.Also you must to replace refresh roller,manual feed and separation roller,fixing cleaning belt and roller FC7-0169

good point, best bet is for poster to get some experienced tech in there

when this model first came out, in Canon Training School , experienced techs were breaking those heater contacts

while trying to do this removal for first time
