    3200 image fault

hi, i've trouble about 3 weeks with my 3200. the copy is fault, when you look means that is missing toner but its not. i've changed transfer belt, transfer roller, all drums are brandnew, fuser its ok, calibration its ok too. i've also changed main DC power, but nothing happened. Both in copy or printing the image is fault. If somebody has some idea, i appreciate. take a look at images

remove the small cover plastic cover above MF Tray , so u can view the PG10 as it is laid down on ITB belt/ if u see the same washed out PG10 on ITB BEFORE it is Transferred/ check if your ITB is Gamed up in proper position.
if image is good on ITB /& then washes out- HVT for Transfer may be issue

Check your Transfer connection within the ITB Assembly

ARE THERE NAY ERROR CODES IN HISTORY

Make sure the actuator for the pattern reader unit is installed inside the front door of the copier and that it is not broken.
    * This actuator is located on the service cover and is used to release the cover on the pattern reader unit. If the pattern reader unit is unable to make any measurements there will usually be a related error code, typically an E020 from the salt sensor, but if the customer shuts the machine off then on again and the fixing assy comes to operating temperature no error will be generated and the machine will continue to run resulting in degraded copy quality. Check error history in service mode under Copier / Display / Err to see if any E020's were registered, this may be your clue.
NOTE: Once the service cover is reinstalled the machine may not immediately recover from the copy quality problem until the main power switch is turned back on after the fixing unit is completely cooled down.

It looks like a secondary transfer fault..we'll know when we find out if ITB image ok...try running a p-print. Went to a machine last week that would only image on p-print....prints and copies blank...test prints from engine blank. During quick gradations patches were visible on ITB. Had to replace dcon and main sub board. Dcon got it printing from workstation and engine test prints...sub main got the copying fixed. Scratch my head on that one!! Hopefully you have a p-print already(you should!)if you cant produce one. Clear all the ram and re-input door specs for starters.

needs to follow a simple procedure as laid out above/ observation/elimination is key in troubleshooting ,

u never play around with clearing RAM/-DCON or RCON unless u know what u are doing

& have your P-Prints/ User Prints available before procedure

Seems like your missing transfer Bias, find out if it's primary or secondary transfer failing. U can see check primary transfer to the ITB (black belt) by removing the panel above the right side drawer/Manual feed.

Primary transfer gets its bias from HVT box, Secondary transfer has it's own small HVT close the lower right exhaust fan. (Seen from behind).

U could start by reseating all HVT connectors from the back. Also reseat the sec. transfer roller, the foam one in front of the Fixing.

Definitely looks like a bias case.
The HVT is one whole unit for 4 colors this can cause this if its faulty.
The secondary transfer roller should be replaced also when you change ITB belt, primary transfer rollers.
Inspect that ITB assy as well.

sometimes the secondary transfer can create poor transfer check the mechanical components of secondary transfer. especially the spring tension-er.
