    ir 105 jamming issues

got a 105+ with 010b jamming issues. have done the following replaced fuser rollers and bearings upper and lower, exit sensor assemblies, reg clutch, and duplex sponge roller, and fuser motor drive gear and gear on upper roller. machine is now jamming a lot less about one per thousand. customer tells me that most of the jams occur when a scan job is started while the machine is printing. hmmmm.

I don't have the manual right here at hand, but as much as I can recall, your problem is likely to be associated with a loose door. If one of the doors is not adjusted to close properly, or the operator leans against the front door during copying and if its magnet is not strong enough you are likely to get this problem. So start from here and meet your luck!

Make sure separation is working properly and paper isn't crawling up drum during separation. Check the feeder fan also
