Please ONLY REPLY if you have a solution. I don't need to waste my time getting to a PC to see a response that has NOTHING To do with the problem. Go to Facebook if you want to vent!

Nothing has changed for you mrfuser. At least you're consistent.
It may surprise you that you have to take the help how and where you can get it. When you learn some social skills I may consider answering your threads. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Blackcat, I appreciate your counsel.
What you do not realize is that for some of us it is most difficult to get to a location where we can actually view the post. We do get notified that there is a post, and when you are stuck on a problem and the client is upset, you are wanting to get a fix as fast as possible, therefore I do what I can to read ALL the posts related to what is going on so that I may educate myself as to how to best repair the problem.
I am in a remote area that sometimes has reception and sometimes does not, therefore I may have to drive a long way to check a post for something that has nothing to do with the problem. This forum was created for technicians to help each other. There are lots of forums for joking around and having good fun.
Be that as it may, I do very much appreciate any/all help that is given to anyone on this board in a serious manner. There is a time and place for fun, here, not so much.

Some solutions were provided earlier to static issues/ U did not reply if U used any of the suggestions / some afterward reply's here were not directed to U .

Simple solution is >U can unsubscribe to a posting when U have tried the suggestions offered, if they do not work, Re-Post a new thread for what U discovered and resume help on your or another issue.

No one in this forum can read minds yet, or at least I don't think so.
Everyone's location or phone issues are usually not revealed in their postings.
If and when U have a communication issue > Please note it on your Posted request.
That advise should be noted to all Posters in the Forum.
