That sounds a little like an apology, but I don't require one. I've already come to my own conclusions.

You may want to apologize to teckat, Screwtape, and the others that tried to help you with your problem.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

My fellow technical guru's, my most humble of apologies to all whom I may have offended unknowingly. It was not my intention to bring grief and sorrow to this most humble of technical abodes. Please accept this apology and may you all live long and prosper!

By the way, still got static and went through everything. I am not, however, going to lay a dryer sheet on this clients machine as they would certainly have a coronary!

My most grateful acknowledgements to all herein who post with virtous, yet spongey in the middle goodness!

Sheet is between finisher and the machine....the customer doesnt even know its there. If the machine is grounded PROPERLY and all the static eliminators are good(replace them dont assume they are good)then ?

FYI: It is in a controlled environment room, so humidity is controlled nicely and it is on a tile floor. No carpet.

then u better check for proper grounding at outlet = Neutral to GD =v0.0/0.5
then u need to check for proper grounding in printer / as in static eliminators/grounding leaf plates in position/ copyboard glass leaf=grounded to metal frame edge/ u should know these areas from training or manual.
**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
