Too much compensation for heaver stock for magenta.....?.
Here is another tip when using heavy paper. As I posted before. The auto gradation adjustment by paper type (plain or heavy) is available with this model. When this type of symptom occurs, you can try to perform the adjustment as follows:

    1. Set 3 or more sheets of heavy paper (blank page) in a cassette.

    2. In user mode [Adjustment/Cleaning > Auto Gradation Adjustment > Heavy 1/ Heavy 2 (106 to 253g/m2) > Start].

125>135k a month...??? Simply outstanding BUT it's a lot to much for it to handle. Don't you think so? It's being abuse....well, what I mean is that the recommended monthly copy volume for IRC3200/3220 is only 50>60k...???

Go to service mode>Copier>Option>Body>scroll down & set>DVTG-M value to +2>OK.(after replacing the drum unit)......good luck.
Don't waste your time with disassembly. Replace the indicated drum & be done with the problem. Follow screwtapes instruction doing the grad adj with heavy stock.

True enough that brochures are craps & misleading. Some nasty user are using it to make claims when the machine fails to meet their expectation. Local dealers suffer loses too..
