    We don't have those in the Netherlands, just 5055 and 5075. I still think the most probable cause is a jammed roller by paper or worn lower bearing.

    Any comments on the new Lower rollers with the bearings allready pressed on?

    So far so good over here in the states.

    That's strange that you don't have the 5065. Its expected to happen however, marketing I guess.

    Had 3 5055/5075 die on me within a short period. Kept returning with E001 after a few day's. I replaced the Thermistors, machines where fine after. 500k on the counter

    Strange enough, those same thermistors lasted for 1,5-2m on the 5570.
