    The pic 1 is from the other IR105, the 2nd and 3rd pic is from the problem machine. pic 1 same with pic 3, but the image is more toward one side...

    looks like some type of skew registration/ like I said does this happen from all paper loaded areas/ u need to use a process of elimination / paper selection = stop it = view it = check paper path areas

    What about the 010B, this mean delay jam right? Skew registration cause this 010B?

    what paper source is this paper jamming from??? trays/deck ???
    where is paper when it jams ?
    is it single sided/ double sided/ ?


    check/swap out or replace HVT AC

    check-52T gear found on the upper fusing roller
    check-lead blank edge
    check- the 3 feed bed black belts/ clean under neath them
    check- Transport drive/Main drive Assmby.
    check- height of fuser inlet guide

    Paper jam from tray1 and tray 3...tray 2 not function already...
    when having jam...paper stop at Transfer charges...."more than half image already on paper"
    single side and double side also having jam.
    Sorry to trouble you..can i have pic of

    check-lead blank edge

    Teckat, Now the machine is running like a horse. just when it photocopy or pc print the image or text will be more toward the right side around 6mm..So i always need to set the additional function "shift" left side 6mm...So, what is the problem cause the image or text print out toward the right side?

    u need to do and check your paper tray width adjustments

    Service modeCOPIER>FUNCTION>MISC-P>CL-ADJ to set up timing of reg/brake clutch..then COPIER>ADJUST>FEED-ADJ>REGIST to adjust lead edge registration....set your shift to zero in additional functions before running these.
