I just get a old IR105...But the machine cant work well..always paper jam at 0105,0214,E594...What should i start to inspect...?
If it is old, start with the feed rubber, chase the paper from the drawer to the exit and fix as needed along the way...
i m not a canon tech...i just learn little bit of repairing knowledge....and i dun hv sevice manual....E594 what should i do? I replace the vertical path roller and clean all the clutch and parts...already...The machine at 1st can run..but paper jam at 0105 and 0214...now it become E594
By the way, after replace DC...image or text print out become more upper, leave 1 cm blank on bottom...what should i adjust? Hope you guys can help me..
where are the spec sheet printouts / when u replace the DC controller, u need to put in machine original DC settings

Teckat, now the problem of E594 solve... But sometime E540-0001 come out...
By the way, the print out also "out of printable area". Then i replace a new CL5 (FH6-5013),copy cant make. Paper stop at transfer charges and the jam code " 010B"
So, i took the other IR105 whole unit 1 (working well) and replace it. Copy can be made, but running half way paper will jam, and it is 010B also....and print out also "out of printable area"
The weird thing is the new CL5 and whole unit 1 is working good in other machine.
Should i replace the CL9 (FH6-5016)? or maybe do other inspectation?
