I have had this happen and what took care of it for me was replacing the Magnetic Roller in developer unit.

You said,"laser dust glass clean with smooth cotton"? Have you try replacing the whole Laser Assy? Not getting the original copy to lay down flat will give you dark/shadow edges due to being exposed. This is one weird problem you have I must say...
Have you done the laser test print???
i can't understand...
when i make copies s also same as it is oneside/bothsides upside lightly comes..
i am already post the images also...
when i make prints as it is all corners it will come full of quality,
like scan also scan to computer all sides full of quality allsides..
but when i make copies only like effected copies only... upside ...
like i want said to clearly ... when i make copies a4r / legal /a3 it will comes left side full of light copies out....
are you understand my problem....
I DON'T UNDERSTAND YOU...WHAT IS "oneside/bothsides upside lightly comes"????
Can you use the common/general technical terms like "Leading edge or Trailing Edge"

sorry but is a little difficult to understand your words
When u make the SCAN- to your PC=do u place it on the glass or use the top DF FEEDER
When u make COPIES- and have this quality problem -is it from the GLASS only / or does it also happen when u put paper in the top DF Feeder to copy

I went back to your posted images/ now I understand what u are talking about/
What u showing are Three pages of same document
IMAGES ARE ..
First image is a >copy from the 4570
Second image is from >your computer to 4570
Third is a scan >to your computer
Question now is ? where did u place the document when u made a copy ? On the Glass or in the DF Feeder tray ?
Next ?? Where did u Scan the document from ?
On glass or did u use the DF Feeder tray.
