    E062-0x00-----------------x= 1:Y 2:M 3:C 4:Bk
-------0100=YELLOW__Error: initial lower temperature After the machine was activated, the temperature only increased by 0.5
deg C or more per minute in the condition where the drum was being stopped, before reaching the target
    control temperature (42.5 deg C).

    MANUAL CHECKS
    1. Check drum heater switch (SW120) (is the drum heater switch ON when the process unit cover is attached?) -> Reattach
    process unit cover.
    2. Check following for faulty connection/ loose wiring ->Disconnect then reconnect connectors.
    - Environment heater driver PCB (J4400/ 4405/ 4404/4401)
    - Terminal mount (J7856)
    - DC controller PCB 1-1 (J1054)
    - Drum surface temperature sensor
    - Process unit driver PCB (J1361/ 1378)
    - DC controller PCB 1-2 (J1007)
    3. Clean drum heater contacts (slip rings).
    4. Replace environment heater driver PCB.
    5. Replace drum heater.
    6. Replace drum surface temperature sensor.
    7. Replace process unit driver PCB.

    ================================================== ==================
Check your drum temps in service mode under
    Display-Analog-DR-TMP-Y,M,C,K.

Remove the Yellow Drum to check the Drum Heater Contacts.
Make sure they are not completely missing. The heater comes installed on the drum from the factory.

    PICTURE>EXAMPLE OF MISSING CONTACTS

If the Drum Heater Switch is bad, or the cover is not attached to engage the switch, the Error will be displayed.

Inspect and replace any blown fuses (part number VD7-2892-001) on the Environmental Drum Heater Driver PCB.

Inspect the wire harness of the Yellow Processing Unit /make sure it's not pinched wire under a wire tie.
This is the wire harness leading from the rear connector to the Process Unit Driver PCB (Y).

Check all connectors on the DC controllers and cut all wire ties on the AC wire harnesses and DC wire harnesses.

The correct part number for all 4 (Y,M,C,BK) Drum Patch Sensor is FK2-3168-000

after replacing the Drum Patch Sensor

    1. Enter the value on the label attached to the drum patch sensor (COPIER > ADJUST > DENS > ALF-Y/M/C/K)

    2. Execute forcible warm-up rotation mode (COPIER > FUNCTION > MISC-P > INTR-EX)
