    Scary if that fixed it. Does the web seem dirtier than usual? These machines are noted for pressure roll bearings and end shafts self destructing...as little as 200k. If the pressure roll seems to be contaminated with toner it could dog ear...like dirty fixing film ends on other products. Face down delivery is to retain order of documents...document feeder feeds from top of stack. If just 1 original,face up(depends how adjusted in service mode). Check for jams logged in the reversal area...could be paper cuts in guides,flapper

    In two days, and this one isn't yet done, customer hasn't called. U roller has a mark right in front, no issues with copy quality, but there are signs of fused job in the near future. 220k,so I'd be ready...
