    what if this printer is not constantly reading A4 during the run/ could explain varying lead edge issue

    guys the issue has been resolved . I cannot point to an exact solution . I replaced the clutches . cleaned the registration assy thoroughly . adjusted the values to default . etc and viola !!!.

    Hi David,

    Glad you have it resolved,, I thought it would be the registration! I have seen the clutch slip, the brakes apply too much pressure, and the assembly binding because it was bound up.

    week end!!!! whats that . ha . well when the govt contract work comes there is no week end no holiday nothing . my machines run 24/7 for a week to a month depending on the volume. I always try to keep 5 machines running from the total 8.
