Platen glass detection error on ir4570

when i'm using a platen glass scanning an a4 paper, it always detect a3 size. it only happen when i closed the adf, when i let the adf opened it scan a4 like normal. anybody can help on this matter?

Check your Original detection values in service mode.

Level 2/ Copier/ Option/ Body SENS-CNF = 1


SENS-CNF =0 (default) : AB Type Document Sensor Placement
SENS-CNF = 1 : Inch Type Document Sensor Placement
