How would you get past the error message to enter the service function mode?

I understand that that type error code may be cleared if the error code is cleared in service mode.

    Thanks.

That ERROR does not have to be cleared /

check your machine circuit leakage breaker

Check the operation of the leakage breaker.
While the power switch is ON, press the test switch of the leakage breaker to make sure
that it operates normally (i.e., the lever goes OFF to cut the power).
If the leakage breaker fails to operate normally, replace it and make a check once again.
    To reset,
After making a check, turn off the main power switch (the lever should go ON), and
then turn on the main power switch.

    check your AC in

Is the rated AC voltage present at the power outlet?
Has the leakage breaker gone ON?

    Switch PCB, Wiring, Connector
Is the resistance 0 Ω when the switch is turned on and ∞Ω when it is turned
    off?
    NO: Replace the switch PCB.
YES: Check the AC power line (power cord, leakage breaker, switch
PCB, main power supply PCB (J6)) for poor wiring (i.e., electrical
continuity); check the connectors for poor conta

Teckat, was able to get the copier to go through boot up when I reset the leakage breaker (pressing then starting w/ the breaker turned on). When a print command was sent the paper would jam after the fuser (on way out) - copy appeared ready for output.

Then when cleared the jam & tried to reprint, the error code E14-0000 would reappear.

Appreciate your thoughts. Might the fuser have to be removed & motor checked? Thanks.

I believe so/ did the breaker pop again ???/

if so could be a motor overload

Breaker not popping. Just am able to use it to get past the boot up phase & print 1 copy, then the jam, then the next print creates the E14 error.

Might it also be the fuser being bad? Paper is going through the fuser but stopping immediately thereafter. Thanks.

OK guys, thank you for all your help. Problem was the DC Controller PCB. Power fluctuation/variation damaged the circuit board. Unit working now.

Might anyone have the service mode procedure to correct the DADF automatic feed & scan procedure. The image is a bit crooked when using the DADF. Image is fine when manually put on glass. I understand the new DC Controller PCB requires a bit of tweeking for some settings. Thank you.
