IR 550 jams at fuser rollers - simple cure?

The fuser rollers don't seem to be turning, entire system functions well and a few times, when make booklet - (2 pages of 11 x 17 to 8 page 8 1/2 x 11) - when clearing the jam it was the second sheet that jammed. Rollers just seem to stay put. When turned manually they move properly and the lubricator is good.

Trying again without attempting a booklet, simply single side copy, it would do two and then not feed.
    Am I missing something common?

Look at the brown drive gear on the front of the UFR and make sure the key isn't broken.

I'm guessing by the nice pic that this is a jam 010B. Common causes for this particular jam code are:

Broken front heat roller collar. Substitute NP-6060 heat roller collars (FC1-9409-000)
    defective bed fan FM7 (FH6-1549-000)
shorting separation transfer charge unit, causing paper to rid up the drum.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I took of the control module and the gear seems tight and turns the rollers back and forth solid. Just to be sure we are talking the same thing I took a pic. Also one of the module. Do these screw up like this, does a copy or two then stops? I have two machines for parts so I am able to do parts changing as a poor method of troubleshooting!ir 550 ufr gear.JPGir 550 ufr control mod.JPG

Usually you'll get an E014 if the fuser motor is dead. Usually when the motor fails, you'll get a complete copy job of any number of copies, but when the motor stops it stops on a dead area so it won't restart rotation. It's kinda like a bad starter motor on the car.

Okay, I changed what I thought was the fanir 550 fan.JPGand also changed the motor module that drives the fuser. I ran one copy off and it worked fine so I set it for 5 copies and on the second it jammed again, seems it will do one copy at a time but not two.ir 550 jam 2.JPG

There are two counts, the upper reads 1651784 and the lower reads 0804209

No codes come up, it just shows where the paper jam is.

Where do I check the corona charge? and for what stats?
