Canon IR1021i system reset / factory reset

Hi, i need some help with a canon 1021i. I have setup some user id's and dept id's on the machine and set one of them up as the System administrator with the rest being end-users. The problem i have is the machine is not recognising the system admin user id.

Is there any way of factory resetting the machine or clearing the accounts from the machine so i can get back into the machine.

All i have on the display is a User id and Password option.

any help will be greatly appreciated.
