hi all canon techs , can any one give me the firmware of ir6570 plz, also give me the help file for using sst plz give me the details of the latest firmware, the button on the screen named scanop is not there after connecting to computer, how can i retrive this button

enter Service Mode Level 2, Additional Functions > 2 and 8 > Additional Functions, then selecting Copier > Option > Body and select UI-RSCAN set it to "1"

Missing Copy, Send, and Scan Tab on display.




Check / Re-seat the power connector for the reader unit.



Check / & or Re-seat the interface connections. The part number for the interface cable is (FK2-0732-000).
