I have machine ir5000. The results very blurred. But when PO-CNT set to "0" the results is good. What is fault with this machine?... Does it mean Disabling the auto control mechanism?
How to fix this error?

Thank's problem solved. It's caused by when replacing the drum unit, the technician didn't execute COPIER>FUNCTION>DPC>DP while the temperature of the fixing assembly is 150°C or higher when replacing the drum unit.
